The Governing Body of Palfrey Infant School is made up from parents, members of the local community, the Local Authority and from the school teaching staff. Our role is to act as ‘critical friend’, to support, to challenge, and to ask questions. We work closely with Mrs Walsh, other staff and the local authority in a number of areas such as staffing, curriculum, school buildings and finance.
As a 'Critical Friend' to the school, we work in partnership with the school community to help provide the best possible education for our pupils. We believe that we can provide a great foundation for them to continue to succeed throughout their lives.
